Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. - Register with Bongo and receive a U.S. shipping address.
- Enter the Bongo address as both your billing and shipping address.
- Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method.
- Once the order arrives at Bongo, log into your account to forward to your country.

Shipping and handling within the continental USA
At BikePartsUSA, we do our best to get your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible!
BikePartsUSA ships from Sunrise, Florida and are currently based on the UPS published rates and assume a residential delivery. Most orders will be received within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days. We apologize, but right now we are unable to provide faster shipping options.
Depending on what rate you select in checkout, your order will arrive:

Things to know:
- Check your profile/order center for estimated delivery dates on your orders is this correct;
- Items from one order may be shipped in multiple packages;
- Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays;
- BikePartsUSA items are shipped directly from the individual seller, and not from BikePartsUSA;
- BikePartsUSA does not currently ship to:
- P.O. Boxes,
- APO/FPO (military addresses)
- Puerto Rico,
- Guam
- US Virgin Islands.
- If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us within 60 days of your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Oversized Shipping
Certain products and/or brands require special handling, are oversized or weigh more than 150 pounds are sent by Oversized Shipping.
Things to know:
- Orders usually arrive within 8-10 days from the order date.
- We will email/call you with an arrival date, including a scheduled 4-hour window.
- If the delivery date is inconvenient for you, you can reschedule for a more convenient date.
- Requires a signature of someone 18 years or older.
- Delivery is made to the main door of the building, and not to a specific unit or suite number.
- Does not include setup.
- Available only in the 48 continental United States.
Shipping outside. Do you charge tax?
BikePartsUSA is required to collect tax on all shipments to Florida.

All advertised products are subject to availability. All prices are subject to change without notice. BikePartsUSA is not responsible for printing errors or other errors in our online catalog. All orders are subject to acceptance by BikePartsUSA. You will be advised of the availability of an item at the time of your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping method you select (Standard, Expedited, Express, Saturday). We sometimes offer free shipping in select categories, or free shipping site-wide.
