BikePartsUSA guarantees 100% satisfaction with every product we sell. If you order something in error, or just don't want what you ordered, we will give you a refund of the purchase price of the items less the freight and restocking fee as shown below.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Please inspect your merchandise before returning. Returns due to customer error as all returns, are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase and 30-90 days incurs a 25% restocking fee. No returns after 60 days. All claims for shortages, damages, etc. should be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. No items will be accepted after 60 days from the date of delivery. If the item is not what you ordered, or is damaged, we will give you a complete refund including the freight. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify accuracy be style, color, size and quantity and compatibility. The customer is responsible to return the items in the same condition as shipped. Please return order with a copy of the pack list or order confirmation and note it for refund or exchange. If making a exchange note the items and part numbers . Orders that received free shipping and are returned fully will have rated shipping fees deducted from the refund. Orders that received free shipping and are partially returned will have prorated shipping deducted per returned item from refund.

Cancellation and order change policy

If your order is cancelled or changed prior to being packaged for shipping there is no fee (Orders are often packaged within 15 minutes of being placed). If order is changed or canceled after it has been packed for shipping it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
